Controller and contact details
This information applies to benalclima.com, the air conditioning and ventilation website of RED MALAGA INSTALACIONES, S.L., tax identification number B93307551, Calle Ciudad de Melilla, local 11, Benalmádena (Málaga).
You can contact us at info@redmalaga.com, on 661 08 44 27 or on 951 10 20 09.
Enquiries and visit requests
We process the information you provide — name, phone number or email address, town, service and message — to respond to your enquiry, assess an installation or manage a request for a technical visit. Requesting information does not subscribe you to advertising, enter you into a service contract or confirm an appointment.
When you submit the form, the server validates the data and processes the enquiry by emailing info@redmalaga.com. The confirmation reference indicates that the mail server has accepted it for sending; it does not itself establish receipt in the mailbox. Form contents are not sent to the assistant’s AI provider.
Before submission, our own captcha is used, with an image and a text alternative. No external captcha provider is involved. Avoid including sensitive information or unnecessary data about other people.
Processing a proposal or visit you request is based on steps taken before a possible contract. For other enquiries, the basis is your consent when submitting them. The operation and technical protection of the service are based on our legitimate interest in keeping it secure.
Technical cookies and automated assistant
Using the form creates the session cookie RM_CONTACT_V1, which is necessary to link the verification, limit attempts and recover submission references. It is transmitted over a secure connection and cannot be accessed by page scripts.
The automated assistant has separate privacy information, explaining the processing of conversations, its technical cookies and its use of artificial intelligence. Do not enter sensitive data or private contract information in the chat.
Optional analytics and cookie preferences
We use a shared Google Analytics 4 configuration to understand visits to Red Málaga’s seven websites: Red Málaga, Aerotermia Málaga, Suelo Radiante Málaga, Mantenimiento Aerotermia, Piscinas Benalmádena, Aqualaga and Benalclima.
Google Analytics is only activated if you accept analytics cookies. Before you accept, or if you reject them, this integration does not load the tag or send measurement requests to Google. You can browse and contact us without accepting. Analytics is based on your consent, which you can withdraw.
If you accept, we measure pages visited, the source of the visit and interactions with contact options. Clicks are distinguished only by method: phone, email or WhatsApp. A click does not establish that a call was made or a message sent. Separately, we record the server’s confirmation that a form enquiry has been accepted for sending; this alone does not establish receipt in the mailbox.
We do not send form or chat contents to Analytics: names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages or files. Page and referrer addresses are sent without query parameters or fragments. This integration does not enable advertising features, ad personalisation or Google signals.
- Cookie preference: it is saved when you make your choice, in this browser’s local storage, for 180 days. If local storage is unavailable, we attempt to save it for the session. It is not used to measure visits.
- Cookies
_gaand_ga_*: only when you accept analytics, to distinguish browsers and maintain Analytics session information. They are configured to expire after 180 days, without automatic renewal on each visit.
Your choice is independent for each domain and browser. Accepting on one website does not automatically mean accepting on the others. Once you have accepted on the domains you visit, the shared configuration can link your browsing across the seven websites.
You can change your choice using the website’s Cookies button. Withdrawing consent saves your rejection, blocks measurement, deletes Analytics cookies accessible to this website and reloads the page. Withdrawing consent does not itself delete data already sent. You can also delete cookies and storage through your browser.
Google provides Analytics under its terms and the configuration applied. The service may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area. See its information on international data transfers, its data processing terms and its privacy policy. Red Málaga’s privacy information explains the shared configuration and retention of Analytics data.
Retention and technical security
We retain enquiries while dealing with them and following them up. We then delete them or retain them with access restricted where necessary for legal obligations or potential liabilities. The period depends on the enquiry and whether it develops into a contractual relationship.
The form’s protective counters use a cryptographic reference to the IP address and timestamps, without storing enquiry fields in those files. Their limits cover a maximum of 24 hours. Files inactive for more than 48 hours are progressively deleted when new requests arrive; inactivity may delay this cleanup.
Providers and other contact channels
DreamHost hosts the website and may process technical data needed to provide and protect the hosting, such as access logs. Processing may take place from the United States. Its data processing agreement provides for standard contractual clauses for international transfers where applicable.
If you choose email, phone or WhatsApp, communication takes place through that service and its terms also apply. Files you send through those channels are used to handle your enquiry and are not published on the website. Data is available to authorised personnel; we do not sell it or disclose it to third parties for advertising.
Your rights
Write to info@redmalaga.com to enquire about processing or, where applicable, exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
